Saying Okay to Everything

excerpt from his forthcoming book
I thank you God for most this amazing
day:for the leaping green spirits of trees and a blue dream of sky;and for everything
which is natural which is infinite which is yes.
comes, you say yes to; and whatever goes, you say yes to.
Consider doing another experiment in which one engages in the affirmative via positiva. Instead of resisting and criticizing, defending and attacking, explaining and debating, what if one inwardly said Okay to everything that comes onto one's path, whatever person, whatever attitude, whatever circumstance and whatever situation, particularly what one does not want, like or desire and even hate, fear and dread? The model is not agreeing or approving anything, only validating and surrendering to all, like water and friendly dogs. Moving water is completely accepting in taking on the shape of anything and everything while continuing to effectively flow. Is there any living thing more unconditionally accepting and unconditionally loving than friendly young puppies?
After making this one's own, backsteps, missteps, reactivity and all that is apart of the learning curve, then up the stakes and inwardly say Yes to everything until that is under the belt and in one's bones. Then ratchet it up and inwardly say Embrace everything, until it's one's too. Next, one can inwardly say Celebrate everything, again until this can fully be and hold it in conscious living. Then it's available to inwardly say Love everything until that is wholly inside, in one's DNA and actually who one truly is. Then there is unfolding in inwardly saying Embody This! that is everything, and then the world and everything in the universe is one, and one is One.
